In order to provide you the best possible service, please see the following notices regarding Fido & Stitch grooming services:
- We NEED the following information from EVERY customer that books online (new or returning client): Dog’s Name, Breed, Weight, Age, and what you are looking to have done exactly.
- Starting November 1st, 2021, due to repeated no-show appointments, we are implementing a new policy. We are requiring payment information to be on file for every grooming customer, and we will automatically charge your card the no-show fee if you do not show up to your appointment and did not cancel ahead of time by speaking directly to one of our retail associates. You cannot cancel via email or texting. Our no-show fee is half of the grooming price.
